Yes, Dreams by Janice offers a 20% discount to senior citizens (some exceptions apply). Senior citizens are age 55+. Official ID is required to take advantage of these discount prices.

We currently do not offer any monthly passes or memberships. However, we encourage you to subscribe to receive emails about our special announcements and promotions by providing your email address at the bottom of our Contacts page.

You may drop-in on any of the classes; however, we cannot always guarantee space. If you sign-up ahead of time online, then you are guaranteed a space in the class.

The drop-in classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The drop-in classes include painting, arts and crafts, quilting/knitting/sewing, and cooking. A specialty class may require advanced skills, an upfront commitment to participate in a series of classes. and/or may be limited to certain age groups. Specialty classes may result in additional costs because specific materials or equipment are needed to complete the project. The speciality classes are designed to explore a specific art form that is not a part of Dreams by Janice's regular programming. Unless the class description specifically indicates otherwise, all classes are drop-in classes.

Yes, you can. To do this, create an online profile from our "Services & Classes" page. After you create a log-in, you will be able to sign up for future classes under your specific profile and track your class history. You cannot save your debit/credit card information to your profile.

Unfortunately, due to limited space only students are allowed in the classroom when class is ongoing. If you would like to learn more about the class or a specific program area, please contact us and we'd be happy to answer any of your questions.

To enroll your child in the Dreams by Janice After School Program, you must stop by the Art Studio and pick up a Student Registration form, complete the form, and return it to Dreams by Janice. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all slots are full. We can also put you on a waiting list if the After School Program is already full.

The After School Program operates from 2:30 – 6:00 p.m. on every school day per School Calendar for RSU #34.

The After School Program does not offer a daily rate at this time. Due to the nature of our program and in order to ensure as many students as possible get to participate, we are unable to offer particiation on a day-to-day basis. The monthly rate is very competitive; so even if your child participates at part-time status, the monthly rate is a great value.

Yes! Your child will get to participate in all of the Dreams by Janice program areas, which include painting, cooking, arts and crafts, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. We want to ensure that your child has an opportunity to learn about as many art forms as possible.

Due to our competitive prices, the monthly rate for the After School Program is fixed regardless of how many days school is in session. So although the program operates only every day school is in session, the monthly rate remains unchanged even if there are holidays or snow days or vacation days.

Food and drinks are not included. All food (including the cake) and drinks should be purchased and brought with you. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed unless the party is being booked as a Paint & Sip. Exception: If you select cooking as your art programming for the party, then DBJ will provide food for the cooking class. We charge $25 per guest, and there is a 5 person minimum. For parties with 15+ guests, please inquire for pricing.

Guests include all children (children under 2 are free) and adults in attendance at the birthday party. Adults may drop-off and pick-up children who are guests, but only guests will be able to stay for the duration of the party. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests at Dreams by Janice Art Studio, we require all guests to comply with the Dreams by Janice Code of Conduct.

We create fun art and cooking projects for guests of all ages. We offer painting, arts & crafts, sewing, and cooking. We can custom design our lesson plan around a specific theme too. At the end of the party, each of your guests will have their very own art project or yummy treats to take home with them.

Yes, you are allowed and you should bring your own birthday cake to the party. Dreams by Janice does not offer birthday cake as a part of the birthday party package.

We provide balloons, happy birthday banner, plates, bowls, utensils, candles, and matches. If you wish to have a special party theme (e.g. Frozen, Mickey Mouse, Sports Team), then you should provide your own decorations.

Yes, we would be happy to use whatever decorations you provide. We just ask that you bring those decorations to the Art Studio before the party, and we’ll decorate the space for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate decorations like confetti, glitter, party string spray, etc.

Yes, please feel free to bring party favors for your guests. However, we have found that the art projects that your guests make are usually the best party favors. If you bring your own party favors, we ask that they be distributed as guests are departing.
